Want all your pals to see that viral video of the rescued baby otter or join the debate about whether the French make better parents? Just enable the app and everything you devour on the site will show up on your Facebook Timeline, right next to those updates about your perfect Sunday brunch or that aww-dorable photo of your kid. You’ll also get to see what content your friends are checking out.

But if for some reason you don’t feel like fessing up to reading about Justin Bieber’s latest antics, you can turn the sharing function off at any time. The choice is yours. Just look for the “allow” button on our stories and videos.

The exciting new app is part of the all-new Xbox 360 experience that gives you the power to control the Xbox with your voice.

The new custom TODAY.com app on Xbox 360 will enable you to find the most popular videos of the day simply by asking for them vocally.

The voice activation, powered by Kinect and Bing search, turns your voice into the ultimate remote control. You can use your voice to effortlessly find the latest show, watch the most popular videos of the day and search for stories by specific anchors or your favorite topics. You say it and Xbox finds it.

“With the Xbox LIVE app, the TODAY show is again evolving with the times and technologies,” said Jim Bell, TODAY Executive Producer. “TODAY has already successfully expanded beyond TV screens and into the lives of millions on a variety of platforms. The brand that was created 60 years ago as a 2-hour morning news show is now available at any time and on any number of devices, from laptops to iPads and now the Xbox.”

Dee Dee Thomas, the newly named executive producer of the weekend editions of TODAY, answered a few questions about her new gig. Check out the short Q&A below.

What do you love most about TODAY?
At the TODAY Show (and Weekend), it's always something new. We continue to reinvent ourselves with new topics and segments, but we always stay true to the news.

I also love that we are a family. We share good times and bad times -- birthdays, weddings, personal losses.

What moment do you remember most during your TODAY tenure?
When I look back on my time at the show, I remember most the behind-the-scenes moments: When the weddings went off without a hitch; watching an interview in the control room take on a life of its own; and feeling the energy of a live remote when we were at an exotic location. 

What are you most excited about regarding the weekend editions of TODAY?
I'm excited about working with Lester, Amy and Jenna! And the weekend TODAY staff. I hope we can try a few new things and make a great show even better.

How are you celebrating the promotion with your family? I bet they're thrilled!
We are celebrating by quietly enjoying these last few days of my maternity leave! (Editor's note: Dee Dee's second child was born a few months earlier. Read a blog post she wrote For TODAY Moms during her pregnancy.)

What do you want to say to the lifelong fans of TODAY?
It's not an act! The people -- both on-air and behind-the-scenes -- are wonderful to know and wonderful to work for.
