Al shows off zingers, Pictionary skills on Jimmy Fallon

Hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, oh my! Al visited "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon" Thursday, chatting about the wild weather that’s kept him busy. When Jimmy asked him about whether he gets tired of being caught in the storm, Al joked, “Lauer makes me go. He wants me out there, he can’t stand it,” adding that hurricanes are a lot more difficult to deal with since he lost weight.

This was the perfect cue for Jimmy to show a clip of Al’s fall during the gusts of Hurricane Wilma in 2005. Of course, the laughs didn’t stop there. While Al was discussing his A & E documentary series, “Border Town: Laredo,” which follows Laredo Texas police department’s narcotics unit, Jimmy cued up the same clip, presenting it as a preview of the documentary.

Al came back with quite a zinger. “Well, there is plenty of blow there,” he said. Oh snap!

Al also showed off his artistic skills, winning a game of Pictionary against Jimmy.

Matt Lauer on 'Late Night': 'I'm a method anchor'

Matt Lauer dressed in his royal wedding finest for his appearance on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon."

"I'm a method anchor," Matt told Jimmy. "I'm getting into my role."

"You're doing the Monopoly game off Broadway?" Jimmy asked. "Planters Peanut Commercial," Matt joked.

Matt talked about what TODAY will do for the royal wedding, including seven hours of coverage starting at 4 a.m. ET. Find more information about NBC's coverage plans here.

He compared it to a football game. "We have a pregame show," he explained. "We have the ceremony itself -- we just shut up and let it happen. And then we have the post-game critique and analysis."

What should you be watching for? Women, of course, want to get a glimpse of Kate's dress, Matt said. Men, on the other hand should look out for Kate's "Uncle Gary." Who's "Uncle Gary?"

Watch the clip from "Late Night" above. Click "show more" to watch the video of Matt, Ann and Al reacting to the interview on TODAY.

Move over Yankovic, there’s a new Weird Al

A popular segment on NBC's "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" finds Jimmy dipping into the ol' "Late Night" audience suggestion box.

On Monday's show, one audience member wrote in to profess his dual love for off-beat singer/songwriter Weird Al Yankovic and for "cheerful weather forecasting." His request: "Can you have someone on your show who brings those two things together?"

His wish was Jimmy's command! Watch below for a hilarious send-up of Al Roker.

Fallon celebrates 400th show by poking fun at KLG, Hoda

It seems like Jimmy Fallon, host of "Late Night," is looking to ride Kathie Lee and Hoda's coattails -- he can't seem to do a show without them!

Jimmy was celebrating his 400 episode last night. "Everyone here at NBC is offering their congratulations. In fact this morning Kathie Lee and Hoda sent me an empty champagne bottle," he joked during his monologue.

"Actually that was from Hoda," Kathie Lee joked since she doesn't drink champagne (I guess she prefers beer from a keg).

But in all sincerity, Jimmy, congrats on your 400th show! We're sure we'll be a daily presence for your next 400 too.

Ann Curry on 'Fallon' talks Clooney's caress, plays Pictionary

What's it like to travel to exotic places with George Clooney and then have him caress your hair?

Ann Curry told Jimmy Fallon on Friday's "Late Night" that living the dream wasn't as sweet as one would imagine -- Clooney was really trying to conceal one of Ann's stray gray hairs.

"Oh it was just bad," Ann told her co-anchors on TODAY.

She also showed off her runway skills and played a competitive game of Pictionary against Jimmy Fallon.

Our TODAY tumblr account was outraged that her teammate Eric, an audience member, couldn't figure out the word she was drawing was "Tweeting."

What do you think? Could you have guessed it?

Watch her Pictionary skills in the first video below. Then watch another excerpt of her interview below that.

Jimmy Fallon: King of TODAY for a day

While Kathie Lee is away -- Jimmy Fallon came to play!

And play he did: The late-night host -- who joked that he prepared for the show by pulling an all-nighter and downing Jager shots -- started the morning (how else?) by jamming on his air guitar.

It was a classic show -- and our Facebook page proves that you loved it as well. As one would expect from a former SNL cast member, Jimmy's impersonations were on point and his impromptu "West Side Story" dance routine would make most women swoon.

Hoda wasn't spared his jokes. Jimmy targeted Hoda's wallet, claiming it had everything from a half eaten sandwich to a flare screaming for help! Watch the video below to see whats really in the wallet ...

TODAY's Hoda Kotb welcomes her guest host, "Late Night's" Jimmy Fallon, who delivers the laughs with his spoof on TV's "The Real Housewives" and his take on rocker Sting's sex life.

Later, our two hosts played a game of Pop culture Trivia -- and it was really funny. Find out who won -- and their sweet prize (at least according to one TODAY host ...) -- by watching the video below.

TODAY's Hoda Kotb and guest host Jimmy Fallon of "Late Night" go head-to-head on music and pop culture trivia, quizzed by Entertainment Weekly's Jess Cagle.

And click here to see the other fun segments from today!

I totally loved the entire show but I can't find the viral snow video anywhere. Does anyone know where I can find that? It was so hilarious!

Jimmy Fallon's prep to host TODAY: Shots, snowmen and no sleep

    Jimmy Fallon

Jimmy Fallon, the host of his eponymous late-night talk show, will guest-host TODAY this morning with Hoda Kotb.

How'd he prepare (besides joking -- we think -- that he downed two shots of Jager)?

"I pulled an all-nighter," he said. "I was up on the roof, making snowmen." Watch the full video below.

And it looks like he's settling in!  Look at the image on the right of his "own dressing room" that he tweeted earlier this morning.

TODAY's Matt Lauer visits Hoda Kotb's makeup room to see what she and "Late Night's" Jimmy Fallon have planned for the fourth hour.

And come back to allDAY later for more!

When I was in college studying to become an elementary teacher, I enjoyed those frequent Today Show interviews with child psychologist/author Heim Ginnott, helping parents speak "Childrenese" and learning to "listen to your child." I learned a lot just from those five-minute discussions with him!
